Is this free?
Yes. Every bit of it. There is nothing to pay.
Who are you?
Alumni and current students who volunteer to help newcomers find their feet.
Which universities and cities do you cover?
We currently support arrivals for UH Clear Lake (UCL) and the University of Houston / Texas Medical Center (UH TMC) community.
Should I submit before I fly?
Ideally yes — the earlier we know your flight, the better we can plan your pickup.
What if my flight changes?
Message us on WhatsApp and we will update everything.
Is my information safe?
We only use it to help you settle in. We never sell it and never share it outside our volunteer team. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
